  • Botanical Description: Hyptis spicigera is a shrubby perennial herb that typically grows up to 1.5 meters tall. It has square stems and opposite leaves, which are lanceolate to ovate in shape and covered in fine hairs. The flowers are arranged in dense spikes at the tips of the stems. They are small and tubular, with a lavender to purple coloration.
